Tony James

Hamilton (“Tony”) E. James is the Chairman of Jefferson River Capital. In 2002, he joined Blackstone as President and Chief Operating Officer and in 2018, he became Blackstone’s Executive Vice Chairman. During his tenure at Blackstone, he was a member of the Board of Directors, a member of the Management Committee, and he sat on all of the firm’s various investment committees.
