Mark Arian

Mark Arian is the Chief Executive Officer of Korn Ferry Consulting, located in the firm's New York office.

Mr. Arian leads Korn Ferry Consulting. Previously, he served as the Managing Principal for EY's People Advisory Services for the Financial Services sector at EY. Mark was also a Global Practice Leader at AON, Towers Watson, and Hewitt Associates.

Mr. Arian has served on several Private Equity funded Boards of Directors.

Mr. Arian's specialties include alignment of strategy and human capital programs and organizational culture; merger integration; merger acquisition and divestiture program management; IPOs, restructuring; organizational effectiveness; acculturation (national and organizational culture), total rewards optimization; contingent workforce; leadership team effectiveness; and change management.

Mr. Arian is an attorney and a member of the Bar of the State of New York and the District of Columbia. He has a B.A. from Duke University, magna cum laude, and a J.D. from the Columbia University School of Law, where he was twice awarded the Moe Berg Scholarship and won the Thomas E. Dewey prize. He is also a graduate of the Columbia University Graduate School of Business Executive Education Program. Mr. Arian is a frequent contributor to media outlets such as MSNBC, Fox Business, WSJ Radio and NPR.

Alan Guarino

Alan Guarino is Vice Chairman in our CEO and Board Services practice for Korn Ferry, based in the Firm's New York office.

Mr. Guarino brings a unique perspective to Korn Ferry as a former chief executive officer and experienced consultant, working with corporate boards and executive teams to drive business and talent management strategies.

Currently, Alan leads major consulting initiatives across industries, with deep expertise in global financial markets, where he is responsible for ensuring that the firm's largest client relationships have access to the full range of the Korn Ferry's human capital solutions. In that context, he launched our Execution Accelerator initiative; helping business leaders better execute their strategies. He also leads senior executive search and C-suite succession assignments for large Fortune 500 companies, as well as cutting edge Fintech companies within capital markets, asset and wealth management and digital assets . Mr. Guarino has also served as founding chairman of the board of Boy’s and Girl’s Town of New York, president of West Point Society of New York, finance chairman of Capuchin Youth and Family Ministries, and as is an advisor to Axoni, R4, Censia, CircleBlack, and FTV Capital.  As a public company board member, he currently chairs the Compensation Committee of The Chefs Warehouse (NASDAQ: CHEF).

He graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point and earned his master's degree in business administration from Embry Riddle University while on active duty in the United States Army.
